This month I have been all about the easter snacks!First up are the pb egg nests which are pb,chocolate morsaels ,butter and jelly beans and chow mien noodles . I would post a recipie but I really eyed it !Also the robins eggs were hard for my kids so I ended up decorating some with jelly beans!
Next was the carrot in the dirt .A strawberry dipped in orange colored chocolate.Then I opened two chocolate pudding cups and crushed Oreos on top and put the “carrot “in.
Lastly comes the yogurt egg pops!My boys went bananas over these. I found a cheap yogurt mold at Walmart and filled it with strawberry yogurt and blueberries.I added a stick to it and froze it.I ended up making them another batch they loved them so much !

So this is the only pic of the food I have because they literally ate it all ha.I love my slow cooker sooo much.Heres my latest dinner recipie and it’s pretty healthy for the most part.
For the spaghetti squash literally just cut and clean out.Then I placed it in my crock pot ,easy peasy. Secondly I threw about 3 pieces of bacon in the skillet.After I drained the grease I added chopped onion and covered it with garlic powder.We love garlic.Next I added all the above to the ground turkey.I also added a few dashes of rosemary and a couple big shakes of parsely.I left put the egg yolk (mainly because I forgot but they stayed toghther nicely so I found it wasn’t needed. Then I added some tomato basil sauce to the crockpot and rolled them into little Meatballs and placed around the squash. I then left it on high for 5 hours and low for 2 more. It was so delicious. My two year old asked for seconds :)I hope you enjoy!
So I was going to make a post about my butternut squash dinner but in Hartmann fashion we were rushing around ate it and moved on with our day without a second thought:/ The recipie is below the post even though there’s no picture 😦
We have a babysitter now that we totally love that we found on care.com. It’s super scary to leave our babies with anyone but this lady has all her clearness and is really amazing. It’s so refreshing to know we will be able to start doing more stuff toghther now without the boys!Don’t get me wrong my kids are my world but my husbands my best friend and it so nice to grab dinner without cutting up food and picking up crayons every 3 minutes.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH BAKE
.Prepare squash by cutting it and taking all the seeds out ,placing it in a baking dish with a little water at 350 for 45 mins about. .mine takes longer
.While that’s baking fry up ground beef
Rinse it off and fry up onions
.mix all ingredients with corn,beans and a little pasta sauce.
.Then clean out squash mixing it into the bowl with the other ingredients and placing it back in n the empty shell for serving.
.sprinkle cheese Ontop if desired
.salt/pepper to taste
*bonus save some squash and add cinnamon fir a late night snack 🙂

Happy Father’s day to all the daddy’s out there.Today we suprised with a homemade bacon boquet and a homemade card.Then we shuffled down to soccer and grabbed lunch at oue favorite chinese place .what fun stuff did you do today??
Day 4 is all about the berry 🙂 My oldest and I are having a strawberry date !!Lately all he will eat is a apple or piece of fruit ,veggies or breakfast food. Toddlers are so funny

Add 1 can of chickpeas and roasted red peppers in the food processor and then you have a easy snack.Serve with pepper pieces.
This was so fun to make.All you need to do is cook up 1 lb of ground beef.Add onions and tomatoes.Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup.Place in crockpot for 2_3 hrs then add cheese 30 mins before served.Its delicious!
Easy peasey snack to make and my toddler loves it! Just froze yogurt and fruit overnight.In the morning broke it up like bark.After he’s eaten most of it I let him use a fork !!
